Vachkazhets volcano

The volcano massif Vachkazhets (1550 m) is located 80 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and is surrounded by a wonderful nature – iced peaks, crystal lakes, northern waterfalls. If you come here in the summer you will see that the nature of Kamchatka is not ascetic at all, quite the contrary: a plenty of blossoming flowers can take a breath of every sophisticated traveler. And in the wintertime this volcano slopes turn to a meeting point for hundreds of skiers and snowboarders.

The beauty of this area is not spoiled with excessive attention of tourists because it’s quite hard to reach Vachkazhets. However we offer a possibility to explore these stunning landscapes by jeeps and to discover this wild land which is really worth to see at least once in a lifetime.
